To ensure security, we ask that you register here and after it’s entered, an email will be sent to the email address you include. The username and password option is to allow you to enter something that you will easily remember.
Please be sure of the information you enter. If the email is wrong, you will not get a reply. If you don’t receive a response within 48 hours, check your email and if you get your email through your browser check your spam folder. If you feel you did not receive it, please resubmit.

All registrations are checked against a master list of active members. If you are not on it, you will not be registered. If you receve a rejection email from us, we did not find you on the list. You will need to get in touch with your chapter to correct that.
We take the info off of this form and copy it directly into your information sheet on the website. If you enter all caps, that is what you will get back and what you will have to use. Please make sure what you enter here is what you want.
